Announcement of the formation of temporary committee for Thai Burmese committee for assistance to cyclone disaster victims

8.5.2008

(1) The committee is named as “Thai Burmese committee for assistance to cyclone disaster victims (temporary)”.

(2) All donations will pass through from Venerable Jotika to respected assistance groups from inside Burma.

(3) Accessible things are money, medicine, clothes and durable food.

(4) The first step donation will be implemented on May 14th 2008 and second and third will be end of May and appropriate date of June 2008.

(5) All donations must deposit to following bank account:

(6) The representatives of Thai society will be responsible by Mr. Nassir Achwarin (TACDB) and Mr. Adison Kertmongkol (Peaceway Foudation).

(7) One blog (Thai, Burmese and English) will be created for transparency and accountability (to be announced within few days).
