For reasons of convenience in the donation process, the “Thai Burmese Committee for Assistance to Cyclone Disaster Victims” (temporary organization) has announced the following working principles:

(1) For all transfer of materials and money, please immediately inform the “information committee” so that your donation can be systematically recorded.
(2) Before we access all group donations, could all responsible persons please make a list of the donors and donations and together transfer them to finance and recording committee so that it can be systematically recorded at the same time.
(3) If any recorded materials or money is missing from the blogspot, please immediately inform the “finance and recording committee”.
(4) With the exception of the media and people who want to know about the implementation of the project, if you want to know or discuss the work schedule and management of donations, please contact the information committee directly. As a result, your suggestions will be more effectively implemented and workable for monks and responsible persons.
